As a successful real-estate expert and an established voice on YouTube, providing valuable resources to those seeking guidance with property management and investments, Sue Richey wanted to extend her reach, by providing a printed guidebook. In partnership with Creative License Publishing, LLC, Pfeifer Design guided this client every step of the way, from initial consultation and concepts for the interior layout, to providing art direction for her professional photoshoot for the cover image. Book Design - "Beyond the Scoreboard"

The co-authors of this book, โ€œBeyond the Scoreboardโ€ wanted the cover to illustrate their bookโ€™s subject matterโ€“understanding and supporting the mental aspect of sports with youth. I created the book cover design, and the design and layout for the interior pages. The book is self-published and available on Amazon, and I provided assistance with book formatting and procedures for uploading onto the platform, as well as creating an e-book version. Social media images, such as a Facebook Header and Book cover mock up, and a printed bookmark were also created to aid in marketing efforts.
